Library Activities
Pinochle Night: Tuesdays at 6pm
Loosely Knit: On June 5th Lisa Russell, the volunteer coordinator for the Kalispel Tribal Court CASA program will be explaining what CASA does and how people may help. For May and June we will be crocheting and knitting small afghans that CASA can use to give to children in need.
Kindly Knitting and Caring Crocheting: Thursdays from
1-3pm
Every month this group knits and crochets for a charity - October Mittens
for Headstart, November knitted wear for homeless veterans. You can stop
by the library on any Thursday from 1-3pm for yarn, patterns or camaraderie.
You can also drop off your finished project at any Pend Oreille County
Library. Beginners and newcomers are always welcome to attend. Cusick is just
a short 23 minute drive from the Newport Library. Call 509-445-1215 for more
information.

Schedule:
10:30 – 11:00 ages 3 to 7 for stories and crafts.
11:00 – 11:30 lunch for all kids 18 and under.
11:30 – 12:00 ages 8 and up for crafts.
